A nephrology unit was established in Feb 2022 for the people with various kidney ailments. The unit runs underthe guidance of DR. Aadil Beigh, interventional Nephrologist.

The Center Provides Following Facilities Under One Roof

1. Hemo-dialysis unit

VMS KCC is providing the facility of Hemo dialysis for the CKD-ESRD patients, Hepatitis patients with the latest technology.

 

VMS KCC has installed Double pass RO system, which is unprecedented in Kashmir Valley.

2. Nephrology Consultation Day Care /OPD

OPD consultation by Dr. Aadil Beigh twice a week, and 20 beds in two wards have been reserved for patients who need observation for the day.

3. Pharmacy:

VMS Pharmacy with subsidized quality medicines.

4. Arterio-Venous Fistula Assessment for the CKD -
ESRD patients by experienced and qualified staff 

5. All related blood, urine tests done with subsidized rates under one roof.
