Free Speech & Hearing Camp: Kargil
Successful Speech and Hearing Camp at kargil.
VMS, in collaboration with Baqirya Healthcare and Research Centre and J&K Bank, successfully concluded a Speech and Hearing Camp at Kargil on 25th May 2025. The event was honoured by the presence of the Worthy Deputy Commissioner of Kargil as the Chief Guest and the Additional Deputy Commissioner of Kargil as the Guest of Honour. Also in attendance were the Medical Superintendent of District Hospital Kargil, along with the President, Executive Members of Baqirya Healthcare and Research Centre, staff and professionals from VMS.
A total of 70 hearing aids were distributed and 34 individuals underwent detailed assessments.
The camp marked a meaningful step towards inclusive healthcare and improved well-being for the people of Kargil.
